BRANDON OAKS 2009 HOA DUES

Due to these difficult economic times, the Board of Directors has decided to allow the homeowners an extended timeframe for payment of this year's dues. The schedule is shown below and it is the Board's hope that this will help lessen any hardship residents may be facing.

All homeowners will receive coupon books from RBC in the mail. Payments should be mailed to RBC at the address indicated on the coupons.

Annual Dues are $457.80 and can be paid in two (2) payments:
$228.90 is due on 2/28/09 and late after 3/15/09
$228.90 is due on 4/30/09 and late after 5/15/09

In addition to the above Annual dues, "The Gardens at Brandon Oaks" will receive 12 additional coupons for $55.00 each for maintenance. 1st payment of $55.00 is due on 1/31/09 and late after 2/15/09. Please note the late fee for the January payment will be waived if the payment is received by 2/28/09.
