HOA Dues Budget

This years 2007 dues are $457.80 total and is payable in two payments as follows:
$228.90 due January 31st
$228.90 due April 30th.

Last years 2006 dues for 2006 were $436.00 annually and were payable in 3 payments.

Prospective Homeowners: Thinking of moving into this community? Make sure you have ALL the facts before making your final decision. Contact the HOA Board of Directors for the Budget and Download the Covenants & Restrictions. Read them thoroughly before signing that contract. If you have any questions regarding what you read please ask questions. Contact some of the homeowners in this community and ask about thier experience residing in Brandon Oaks Community.

Where do the $$$ go?
The HOA has requested that the budget now be behind a password protected page. The password is the same as the one you use to read the message boards. If you do not know the password please contact the management company or board of directors for the password.
